Meiginli High-end Fastener Production Line Project Begins and Lays Foundation

On March 12, 2013, the centralized commencement ceremony of key spring projects in Yongnian County, Handan City, Hebei Province was held at the site of Mejianli high-end fastener project in Yongnian Industrial Park. Comrade Feng Liansheng, member of the Standing Committee of Handan Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, attended the groundbreaking ceremony accompanied by Comrade Du Shujie, county magistrate Yang Huayun, and senior executives of Mejianli Company.

The new production base of Meizhinli Company is located in Handan City, Hebei Province, the hometown of fasteners in China, with a total investment of more than 0.56 billion yuan and an area of 220 mu. The first phase will build a production line with an annual output of 60000 tons of high-quality screw (thread), and the second phase will build a production line with an annual output of 30000 tons of high-strength bolts. After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual production of various high-quality bolts can reach more than 100000 tons, serving our customers more widely, with an annual profit of 70 million yuan and a tax of 20 million yuan. All the equipment adopts the domestic advanced production line, and actively responds to the national environmental protection and energy saving policy. In the product surface treatment link, the German technology is adopted. The current domestic advanced sewage treatment system, and the discharge standard can reach the B1 level standard. Greatly enhance the Yongnian fasteners industry grade.

There are 15 projects worth more than 100 million yuan, including Mejianli high-end fasteners, carbon powder polyester resin, Liming railway accessories production line, and industrial park entrepreneurship center, involving new industries, modern service industries and other fields.
